How long is the service contract?
Typically our service is provided on 1years basis. There might be some exceptions, however, where a service contract must be signed.
Can I take full advantage of VoIP technology for my business?
Azonne business-ready phone service is customizable and flexible. It lets you leverage your existing data network resources to its fullest potential. Since the possibilities are very broad we will not be able to list all of them here. Please contact us today and have our consultants help you out to determine the best fit.
Who help install the equipment?
In most cases we install all equipment, but depending on the scale of a project we may involve our certified subcontractors. In many cases for Hosted IP-PBX service, the customer installs phones by themselves because of ease and simplicity of plug-and-play technology behind IP-phones.
How quickly will you respond if we have a problem?
We understand how important it is for our customers to have ongoing and uninterrupted communication and should any emergency occur we will put our best effort to resolve that issue instantly via remote support or have a technician dispatched to the location.
Can I have different IP handsets in my office?
You can choose from a variety of IP phone models of the same or different makes. Based on our experience and customer feedback we strongly recommend IP phones and network hardware made by Cisco Systems.
Can I keep my current number?
In 99% of cases - Yes!
What is the difference between residential and business VoIP?
Primarily the difference between the two is in level of service and overall functionality. With business VoIP it is possible to prioritize voice stream over data stream and implement Quality of Service (QoS) technology. Business VoIP is designed to enhance communication between partners and with customers and improve information flow between involved parties.
Will I stay in touch with the world if my phones suddenly stop working?
Certainly. As soon as our system detects that any phone is out of service the automatic call forwarding will be activated to user's preset emergency number e.g. cellular phone, land line, home number, etc
Does your pricing include training?
Yes, All tranning are material availble online, if onsite tranning by request.
Will we be able to do basic MACs (moves, adds, changes) without calling you?
Absolutely, our solution works on plug-and-play principles and while technology is sophisticated it can still be intuitive for even an amateur user.
Is our current network capable of handling VoIP telephony?
